: Sales cum Designer

Position Summary:

A Sales cum Designer is responsible for creating bespoke kitchen designs while providing excellent customer service and driving sales. The role involves understanding client needs, creating tailored designs, and ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Consultation:

o Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, budget, and style.

o Provide expert advice on kitchen layouts, materials, appliances, and color schemes.

2. Design Creation:

o Use design software (e.g., AutoCAD, 2020 Design, or similar) to create 2D and 3D kitchen designs.

o Incorporate client feedback to refine designs.

o Ensure designs comply with spatial and technical requirements.

3. Sales and Client Relationship Management:

o Present and sell kitchen designs to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and customization options.

o Upsell additional products such as countertops, cabinetry, or appliances.

o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

4. Project Coordination:

o Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of kitchens.

o Monitor projects to address issues and ensure quality standards.

5. Product Knowledge:

o Stay up-to-date on kitchen design trends, product innovations, and competitors' offerings.

o Provide recommendations based on the latest market developments.

6. Administrative Duties:

o Prepare quotes, invoices, and detailed project proposals.

o Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, designs, and transactions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education :

o Diploma or degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field (preferred but not essential).

o Certifications in kitchen design software (a plus).

• Experience:

o Proven experience in sales and kitchen design (1-5 years preferred).

o Background in retail, home improvement, or design industries. Kitchen field.

• Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, 2020 Design, SketchUp,3D ).

o Basic knowledge of construction and installation processes.

Compensation:

• Salary Package: 6000- 8000 AED
• Arabic Language preferred
• Driving License Required
• Minimum 5-year Experience in UAE

Note :we are currently expanding to bigger showroom on Sheik Zayed Road and hence expanding our team too.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• in Kitchen Field: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Fluent In Arabic (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
