Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Sales cum Delivery Boy to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both selling our products and delivering them to our customers. This role requires good communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales:
• Promote and sell the company's products to customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Process payments and handle customer inquiries.
• Delivery:
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of products to customers.
• Prepare delivery routes to maximize efficiency.
• Handle products with care to avoid damage during transit.
• Obtain customer signatures as proof of delivery.
• Address any issues or concerns from customers during the delivery process.
• Customer Service:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales and delivery process.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any complaints.
