Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate with barista skills to join our team. This role involves both sales and barista duties, requiring excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities: •(Preference for Females Only) •

• Sales & Barista:
• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Promote and sell our products or services effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and goals.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and other specialty drinks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of all beverages prepared.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the barista team.

Skills & Requirements:

• Preferred females only.
• Willing to relocate at Sharjah (Sharjah, Muwaileh, Memz Bites Cafe;)
• Proven experience in sales and Barista for at least 2 years in UAE.
• Strong barista skills, including knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
