We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with a strong background in telesales within the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will support the sales team in generating leads, managing client relationships, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and provide information about available real estate projects.
Generate and follow up on qualified leads through phone calls, emails, and CRM systems.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings, site visits, and property tours.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
Provide administrative support to the sales team including preparing sales documents, presentations, and reports.
Act as the liaison between clients and the sales team to ensure seamless communication.
Track and follow up with clients after initial contact to nurture relationships and close deals.
Assist in preparing marketing and promotional materials for telesales campaigns.
Stay updated on the latest real estate projects, property listings, and market trends.
Support post-sales documentation and client servicing as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, preferably in real estate.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
