Sales Coordination:
• Assist the MD in managing and coordinating wholesale export sales activities.
• Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely fulfilment of export orders.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and wholesalers.
• Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing excellent service and support.
• Manage customer accounts, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in target export markets.
• Analyse sales data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to the sales management.
• Monitor competitor pricing & brand activities and market developments to stay ahead of industry trends.
Administrative Support:
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, export documentation, and other necessary paperwork.
• Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products to international customers.
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies for export markets.
• Support the execution of promotional activities, trade shows, and customer events.
Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure all export activities comply with international trade laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of export transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably within branded perfume or luxury goods industry.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and shipping processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Experience working with MS Dynamics is a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a similar role. Experience in Trading / Distribution Industry is a plus
Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (e.g., Tally & Ms Dynamics).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
