Job Overview: We are looking for a responsible Inside Sales Representative to generate sales leads, nurturing customer relationships, and closing deals primarily through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Responsibilities: 1) Research and identify potential leads using various sources, including databases, social media, and industry-specific platforms. 2) Cold call and email prospective customers to build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers. 3) Collaborate with the sales team, marketing and other departments to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts. 4) Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals. 5) Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software 6) Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress tracking Requirements: 1) Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or B.Tech 2) Work experience in inside sales or a similar role with 0-2 years. 3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4) Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. 6) Knowledge of the industry or product line being sold is a plus.
