We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role supports the sales team by ensuring seamless communication, managing sales data, and assisting in sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate sales activities and manage team schedules.
• Prepare and distribute sales documents, proposals, and presentations.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data.
• Support the sales team in achieving targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance departments.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with logistics for deliveries.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in sales coordination or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Industry experience.
• Familiarity with sales performance metrics.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
