Our company is looking for a Sales-Coordinator/Admin.
• Support the sales team, procurement and report to manager.
• Processing existing client leads and entering data into customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Managing the correspondence between the sales team and clients
• Monitoring customer orders and ensuring that sales team members are informed of their status
• Preparing and distributing sales materials and documentation
• Acting as a liaison between different departments to ensure client needs are met
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales coordinator positions in UAE .
• FMCG experience or any related field is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
• Ability to demonstrate administrative experience quality.
• Enthusiastic towards the role, result-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Team player with the ability to maintain company integrity and confidentiality.
• Proficient in MS Office and sales applications.
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,300.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
