Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Coordination
Assist the sales team in managing day-to-day operations, including preparing sales reports, tracking inquiries, and updating client records.
Coordinate with other branches to confirm unit availability, features, and pricing to provide up-to-date information to the sales team and clients.
Maintain and update property listings across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Communication & Client Service:
Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, scheduling property viewings, and following up on client feedback.
Ensure timely and effective communication with clients, addressing inquiries regarding property details, pricing, and documentation requirements.
Document & Database Management
Regularly liaise with other branch sales coordinators to verify unit availability and collect essential information, ensuring real-time accuracy for the sales team and clients.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience in sales or a related field.
• Language: English is must, with excellent communication skills, Arabic is plus.
• Nationality: Preferred From Philippine.
