As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team. You will be responsible for preparing quotes, managing orders, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. Your contributions will be critical in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.
• Support the sales team by preparing quotes, material proposals, and processing orders.
• Monitor product availability and coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure sufficient stock levels.
• Prepare and send invoices, process payments, and address billing-related inquiries from customers.
• Streamline order management processes, resulting in a 6% increase in sales.
• Handle customer concerns and requests professionally to maintain and strengthen business relationships.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role preferably in Medical equipment field.
• Graduate of Accounting, Commerce, or Business Management.
• Must be a resident of Abu Dhabi preferrably in Mussafah.
• Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
