Job Description
:Job Purpose:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team in Dubai .Job Responsibilities: * Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Accurate follow-up with shipping agents for the order status and shipping documents.
- Update the system with current arrival details.
- Prepare and update the machine insurance report.
- Upon receipt of shipping documents, do necessary reconciliation, departmental segregation and filing.
- Update details of Machines\' arrival (VCC, SRV etc)
- Update reservation report with the received LPO\'s and other documents.
- Update the sales Retails and prepare retail report
- Assist order process activities including filing.
- Update the required details for Orders.
- Closely coordinate between Sales, Logistics and Finance departments.
- Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
