Responsibilities:
Order Management
• Track and monitor order progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Update clients regularly and resolve any order discrepancies.
Sales Support
• Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
• Maintain and update the customer database and sales records.
• Conduct market and customer research to help identify new sales opportunities.
Coordination with Other Departments
• Liaise with Estimation, Design, Production,Logistics, and Quality Control teams to ensure orders meet customer specifications.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control to verify stock levels and product availability.
Reporting
• Prepare sales reports, forecast demand, and analyze sales data to aid strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within the precast or construction industry.
• Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong understanding of precast concrete products and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
