About The Role: As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and facilitating the sales process. This role involves assisting with various tasks such as managing sales orders, coordinating with different departments, maintaining sales databases, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

• Assist the sales team in preparing sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and presentations.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness in all administrative tasks to facilitate smooth sales processes.

Order Management:

• Process and manage sales orders promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any order-related issues.

Interdepartmental Coordination:

• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance departments to support sales activities and resolve operational challenges.

Database Maintenance:

• Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems to track sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
• Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and assisting customers throughout the sales process.

Event Coordination:

• Assist in organizing and coordinating sales meetings, conferences, and events as required.

Sales Strategy Support:

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Market Awareness:

• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to support sales efforts.

Team Support:

• Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is advantageous.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
