Sales Coordinator - Telecom Systems

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Coordination: Oversee the coordination of sales activities related to telecom systems, from initial customer inquiry to post-sale support and project completion.
• Client Consultation: Understand client requirements for telecom systems (fiber optics, wireless, copper cabling, PAGA, PABX) and provide tailored solutions for industrial site applications.
• Project Management: Assist in managing the sales pipeline for telecom system installations, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
• Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of telecom systems, including design, installation, and maintenance of fiber optics, wireless technologies, copper cabling, PAGA, and PABX systems.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities, quotes, proposals, and customer communications. Provide regular updates and reports on sales progress to management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to ensure that product solutions meet client specifications and align with industry standards.
-Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination or related roles, preferably within the telecom or industrial sectors.
-With knowledge/background of telecom systems, including fiber optics, wireless solutions, copper cabling, PAGA, and PABX systems, particularly for industrial site applications.
- CHINESE Language is an Advantage.
