We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our Marine Department as a Sales Coordinator.

The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the Marine Department's sales operations, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a keen interest in delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate sales activities and provide administrative support to the Marine Department.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide product information, and resolve inquiries.
• Assist in preparing and managing quotations, sales orders, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and documentation.
• Generate reports and provide insights on sales performance and customer feedback.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Background in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering concepts or related technical knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, and ERP, CRM software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
