We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales executives in ensuring seamless coordination and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in facilitating various tasks related to labor mobilization, site inductions, trade tests, time sheet management, and invoice submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Labor Mobilization:
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure the smooth mobilization of labor to various project sites.
• Manage schedules and logistics for timely deployment.
• Site Inductions:
• Arrange and oversee induction processes for laborers at project sites.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and site-specific requirements.
• Trade Test Arrangements:
• Organize trade tests for laborers in coordination with recruitment and project teams.
• Ensure proper documentation and feedback from the tests.
• Time Sheet Management:
• Collect, verify, and process time sheets from various sites.
• Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Invoice Submissions:
• Prepare and submit invoices for approval in collaboration with the accounts and sales teams.
• Follow up on payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (mandatory).
• A valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Proven experience in a similar coordination or administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the UAE.
