Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
• Stock monitoring/ forecasting and purchasing.
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
• Handle the processing of all sales orders / quotations with accuracy and timeliness.
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
• Identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
• Provide weekly report when ever asked by the Divisional Sales Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS & KEY COMPETENCIES

• Bachelors / Master's degree in Commerce or related business discipline
• Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator, specialized in product procurement (foreign/ local orders) to a certain extent.
• Good computer skills (MS Office/ Sap/etc.).
• Proficiency in English.
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player.
• Willing to work extra hours when ever required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

• UAE Inside Sales Coordination: 2 years (Required)
