The Role

Main Responsibilities: Order Entry and Processing in the CRM Order Tracking and Monitoring through CRM Order Resolution and Issue Management Order Documentation and Record Keeping: Customer Communication Coordinating and collaborating with internal stakeholders



Requirements

Skill: Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office applications. Exposure to ZOHO is desirable Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve order-related issues effectively. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Graduate or equivalent Candidates with printing and gift trading experience will be given preference
