Job Summary
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by coordinating sales-related activities and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and customers.
Requirements for Sales Coordinator
• Sales Support : Serve as the main point of contact for the sales team, ensuring their requirements are met both during fieldwork and after deal closures.
• Follow-Up : Regularly follow up with the Sales Team for quotation updates, encourage them to achieve monthly targets, and provide comprehensive back-office support as needed.
• Credit Approvals : Facilitate credit approvals on behalf of sales personnel by collaborating with the Sales Manager and Finance Team to secure timely authorizations.
• Procurement Coordination : Work closely with the Procurement Team to source required items locally and internationally based on customer requirement.
• Delivery Management : Coordinate with the Delivery Coordinator to schedule delivery slots after consulting with the sales team, and oversee documentation up to the invoicing stage.
• Installation Scheduling : After delivery completion, coordinate with the Service Team to arrange installation schedules as required.
• ERP Management : Monitor the ERP system to create quotations, sales orders, and support the Accounts Team with Local Purchase Orders (LPO)and sales orders for invoicing.
• Reporting : Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager and Management.
• Technical Proficiency : Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel and relevant software tools.
• Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with the sales team and stakeholders.
• Adaptability : Quick learner with the ability to understand and address the dynamic needs of the sales team.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
