- Sales Coordinators
Position Overview: The Sales and Business Development Coordinator will support the sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence within the petrochemicals sector. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing client relationships, and assisting in the development of strategic business initiatives.
Products : SOLVENTS, CHEMICALS, SPECIALITY CHEMICALS
Responsible to sell a variety of Industrial chemicals to different industries such as Paint Manufacturing, Printing and Inks, Flexible Packaging & Cosmetics etc.
Retain existing customers and also develop new customers / business.
Effective sales coordination with the existing customers and new customers.
Identify customer's requirements / initiate RFQs / submit quotes / follow up for orders
Arrange product sample delivery to the customers and follow up for the approval.
Maintain regular communication with customers about products, sales forecast etc
Gather market information / competition activity
Submit sales reports as per policy.
Coordinate with in-house team for production / shipment schedules.
Coordination with logistics team for the timely dispatch of the products.
Experience in sales support or business development, preferably in petrochemicals or a related industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
Physical Requirements:
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
Qualification:
Chemical Engineers / BSc Chemistry (Mandatory) with MBA in Logistics or Marketing will be an added advantage
Experience & Industry Exposure:
Candidates having 2 to 3 years of experience in Paint & Adhesives/Cosmetics/Soap & Detergents/Flexible packaging/Chemical Raw Materials. Knowledge on export sales will be an advantage.
Key Skills / Competency:
Excellent communication skill in English, Effective Negotiation, Personal Credibility, New business development, Customer relationship management.
