Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in the UAE and a strong educational background in Business Administration. This position is based in Sharjah, and preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team by coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and following up on customer inquiries.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and other related documents to support sales activities.
• Manage CRM software to track leads, sales progress, and customer interactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure seamless service delivery and provide regular updates to both clients and internal teams.
• Assist in sales reporting and analysis to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role in the UAE.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Preference for candidates based in Sharjah.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
