Coordination of procurement activities for both retail and projects including:
Reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) against approvals from the Management Approval System (MAS) and supplier\'s proformas, and cross-checking with design and project/estimation/sales before issuing purchase orders (POs).
Pursuing approvals for shop drawings and preparing the Forecast Material Delivery Schedule.
Monitoring outstanding orders and coordinating deliveries, including documentation.
Invoicing and associated activities.
Following up on pending payments.
Tracking sales and providing reports to the Finance department.
Registering with our clients\' portals.
Handling warranty claims with suppliers.
