Sales Coordinator
Job Description
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their sales targets by providing administrative and operational support. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing customer interactions, and ensuring efficient communication between sales, production, and logistics departments.
* Process sales orders and coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
* Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers and the sales team.
* Handle order amendments, cancellations, and returns efficiently.
* Liaise with the production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
* Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments to resolve issues and optimize processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
