We are hiring Sales Coordinator who manage sales teams and facilitate communication between sales representatives. In-charge of achieving sales goals and maintaining positive customer relations. Responsibilities:
Knowing all the details of our service.
Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details.
Meet and exceed sales target set by the organization.
Manages employees daily operations and performance.
Designs sales strategies and processes.
Generates reports regarding the status of the department.
Maintains files systems and database of sales records.
Trains new employees.
Set and manage sales goals for the team.
Develop and implement sales strategies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and respectful under pressure.
Manages the sales team .
Motivates and supports team through feedback and communication.
Handling client queries over the phone, email and during meetings.
Follow up with the clients through WhatsApp, Emails and Calls as needed.
Requirements:
Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Knowledgeable in current market regulation and trends
Priority experience in a similar role.
Having done a sales-related training program.
Knowledgeable with computers.
Efficient with English.
Minimum 1 + 2 years of experience in UAE similar role. (Mandatory) if you don\'t have experience kindly don\'t waste your time and our time also.
Languages (English and Hindi both are mandatory)
Required Bachelors degree.
