•Key Responsibilities•

- •Sales Coordination•: Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-up documentation.

- •Client Support•: Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely responses and solutions.

- •Documentation & Reporting•: Maintain accurate sales records, track purchase orders, and prepare regular sales reports.

- •CRM Management•: Update and maintain the CRM system with leads, contacts, and sales activities.

- •Liaison with Departments•: Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

- •Market Research•: Identify new prospects and stay updated on MEP-related projects, upcoming tenders, and facility management opportunities.

- •Relationship Building•: Foster strong relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, and other industry stakeholders.

### •Requirements•

- •Experience•: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or sales coordination; MEP or related construction background is highly preferred.

- •Industry Knowledge•: Familiarity with Dubai and UAE markets, especially in dealing with MEP contractors, consultants, and facility management companies.

- •Education•: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- •Technical Skills•: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

- •Communication•: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic) are a plus.

- •Organizational Skills•: Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.

- •Team Player•: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
