Responsibilities:

Making quotations and sending to clients. Following up of quotations. Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. Has the ability to read any and all financial documents, especially cash flow statements and general ledger. Reads and evaluates sales reports.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator in MEP field Good computer skills (MS Office) Proficiency in English Excellent verbal and written communication skills A team player with high level of dedication

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
