We are looking for a

Sales Coordinator

with IT administration skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle both sales documentation and basic IT tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Coordination:



Prepare

quotations, product submittals, proforma invoices, commercial invoices, and packing lists

Assist with customer inquiries and follow up on sales leads Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing Maintain records of sales transactions and client communications

IT Administration:



Provide

basic IT support

, including troubleshooting network, printer, and email issues Assist with

software installations, system updates, and data backups

Maintain IT documentation and coordinate with vendors for technical support

Requirements:



? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
?

Minimum 2 years of experience

in sales coordination and IT support
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
? Strong communication and organizational skills
? Knowledge of IT troubleshooting and administration is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
