Job Description

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Providing excellent customer service to clients and responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Coordinating sales meetings and conference calls, preparing sales presentations, and providing administrative support to the sales team. Creating and maintaining sales reports and dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborating with other departments to ensure that all sales-related activities align with company goals and objectives.

Key Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an interior fit-out or construction company. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Knowledge of interior design and fit-out processes is a plus.
