As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by coordinating sales activities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of events and bookings.A little taste of your day-to-day:Every day is different, but youll mostly:\xc2\xb7 Assist the sales team in managing daily administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries, processing proposals, and maintaining client databases.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of events and group bookings.\xc2\xb7 Prepare sales presentations, contracts, and reports for the sales team.\xc2\xb7 Maintain effective communication with clients and ensure their requirements are met throughout the booking process.\xc2\xb7 Assist in the preparation of sales and marketing materials.\xc2\xb7 Support the sales team with client follow-ups, contract renewals, and general coordination.What We need from you:\xc2\xb7 Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.\xc2\xb7 Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is also necessary.\xc2\xb7 Strong organizational and multitasking skills.\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales-related software.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.\xc2\xb7 High attention to detail and a customer-oriented attitude.What you can expect from us:We give our people everything they need to succeed.
