Sales Coordinator - Furniture & Fitout
We are a furniture manufacturing company based in Dubai looking for Sales Coordinator who has experience in Fit out, Joinery and furniture manufacturing Industry.
Responsibilities:
• Sales Coordination: Manage and coordinate all sales-related activities within the fit-out, furniture, or interior contracting industry, ensuring smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Reviewing Technical Drawings & Specifications: Analyze and interpret technical drawings, furniture specifications, and project requirements to ensure alignment with client needs and project feasibility.
• BOQ Preparation: Accurately prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on project specifications, ensuring correct quantities of materials.
• Tender Document Review: Thoroughly review tender documents to assess project scope, pricing, and technical requirements, contributing to successful bid submissions.
• Material Submittals: Handle the preparation and management of material submittals, making sure to submit all required technical documentation and approvals in accordance with project specifications.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain and organize technical documents related to project requirements, ensuring that all project documentation is complete, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and other relevant software tools to create reports, presentations, and detailed technical drawings as needed.
• Multitasking & Deadline Management: Efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines, ensuring a smooth workflow and timely completion of all sales and project-related activities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination within the fit-out, furniture, or interior contracting industry .
• Strong understanding of technical drawings , fit-out processes , furniture specifications , and project requirements .
• Proficiency in preparing BOQs and reviewing tender documents .
• Familiarity with material submittal processes , including technical documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AutoCAD , and other relevant tools.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines effectively.
• UAE driving license is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
