Sales Coordinator (female)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
• Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and other documentation.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of sales orders, quotations, and contracts.
• Coordinate with the logistics and finance departments to ensure timely delivery and accurate billing.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and address their inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
• Support the sales team in client communication and follow-ups.
• Generate sales reports and analyze data to assist in forecasting and decision-making.
• Track sales performance metrics and assist in the development of sales strategies.
• Organize and coordinate sales meetings, events, and presentations.
• Prepare materials and agendas for sales meetings.
• Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and workflows.
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with sales management software and tools.
• Knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
