Job description
We are a trading company based in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Female Sales Coordinator to manage our sales counter and provide the necessary support to the field sales team.
Job requirements :
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in similar position related to sales
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially in urdu or hindi
• Proficient in MS Office and sales related applications
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable in current market regulation and trends
Job Responsibilities :
• Manages our sales counter and handle our walk in customers
• Attending calls, emails, and messages, answering customer queries, scheduling deliveries
• Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct price and terms.
• Support our sales team to improve their productivity by contacting their customers thru calls or messages
• Generate sales thru cold calls, inquiries, prepare quotations and strong follow-ups
• Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
• Responds to client concerns
• Maintains customer relations and satisfaction

Pay: AED2,000\.00 - AED2,500\.00 per month
