We are currently seeking a Female Sales Coordinator cum Office Assistant to join our Dubai Office. We are looking for an ideal candidate who is having a positive attitude, intelligent, proactive and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities: -
• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
• Handle calls, emails, and messages from customers and related parties professionally.
• Develop and maintain filing systems to manage sales records and prepare reports.
Requirements and skills: -
• Proven experience in sales, experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, etc.)
• Well-organized and responsible.
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Minimum bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience in the field.
