Position: Sales Coordinator (Female)
Language Requirement: Hindi (must)
Experience: Advantageous if experienced in textiles, labels, and embroidery
Location: AJMAN

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, documentation, and communication with clients.
• Process orders accurately and ensure timely follow-ups with clients regarding order status.
• Handle inquiries from customers and provide detailed information about the company's products and services.
• Maintain and update sales records, databases, and client information.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Ensure effective communication with clients to build long-term relationships and handle their requirements.
• Address client complaints or queries promptly and professionally.
• Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

• Female candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory; additional languages (e.g., English, Arabic) are an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
• Advantageous to have experience in textiles, labels, and embroidery industries.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with UAE markets and client networks in the textiles and embroidery sector.
