We are looking for a dynamic and driven Indoor Sales Executive with extensive experience in the textile manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of textile products, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify and engage potential clients within the textile industry.
• Understand the unique needs of manufacturing clients and recommend appropriate textile solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Handle inquiries, provide accurate quotations, and ensure timely processing of orders.
• Collaborate closely with the production and quality control teams to ensure product specifications and delivery timelines meet client expectations.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Track and report on sales performance, including forecasting and achieving sales targets.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent the company and expand the client base.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales within the textile manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of textile materials, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain a high level of organization.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, textiles, or a related field is preferred.
