We are seeking a versatile and experienced Sales Coordinator & Admin to join our team at Crayons Signs. In this dual role, you will be responsible for supporting both sales operations and administrative functions to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales team in managing schedules, appointments, and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate sales activities by preparing sales documents, proposals, and contracts.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office management.
• Manage correspondence, including emails, calls, and other forms of communication.
• Maintain updated and accurate records of sales metrics, customer information, and administrative data.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations across the organization.
• Collaborate with various departments to support company-wide initiatives.
Requirements:
• Female candidate preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of combined experience in sales coordination and administrative roles within the GCC region.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
