Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator- Female to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in handling customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing. Coordinate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and payments. Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer databases. Follow up on pending quotations, invoices, and payments with clients. Communicate with suppliers, logistics, and warehouse teams for timely deliveries. Prepare sales reports and assist in sales forecasting. Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships. Support in marketing and promotional activities if required.

Requirements:

Female candidates only. Bachelor's degree. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, Fmcg industry is an advantage Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. Strong communication skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic/Hindi is a plus). Candidate with valid UAE husband/self/spouse visa is an advantage
