Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Sales Coordinator

to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing client communication, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales team in day-to-day operations, order processing, and client follow-ups. Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure timely project execution. Prepare quotations, invoices, and proposals in response to client requirements. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist in scheduling client meetings, presentations, and product demos. Track sales targets, performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for management. Liaise with logistics and procurement for timely delivery and stock updates.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar administrative role, preferably in

printing, fabrication, or interior design

industries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
