Job Title:

Sales Coordinator

- Advertising Experience is a MUST

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in managing client accounts, tracking ongoing campaigns, and ensuring client needs are met promptly. Coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations between the sales team and clients. Help prepare proposals, presentations, and advertising materials for potential clients. Track client requests and project timelines and ensure all deadlines are met across departments (sales, design, production, etc.). Maintain CRM databases and keep accurate client interactions, sales metrics, and campaign performance records. Act as a liaison between sales, operation, and production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time. Handle client inquiries, resolve any issues or concerns, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle. Assist in preparing sales reports and providing insights into sales performance and client feedback.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a sales coordinator, and account management role in an advertising agency. Knowledge of the advertising industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy in project timelines and deliverables. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Basic knowledge of fabric and printing materials & tasks. At least 2 years of experience in the same field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
