Job Description

What You Will Do:



Manage and qualify inbound leads, ensuring they meet the criteria for sales engagement. Call all inbound leads within the first 20 minutes after it arrives (speed to lead). Follow the calling and qualification process to ensure no lead is missed or unturned. Update status of the leads in real-time or in the first 24 hours after it arrives. Assign leads to the appropriate Business Development Representatives (BDRs) based on their expertise and pipeline capacity. Act as the central coordinator between the Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of lead status and sales pipeline updates. Proactively follow up with both BDRs and leads when necessary to ensure timely progression through the sales funnel. Maintain and update the sales pipeline, tracking leads from Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) until deal closure. Keep track of the meetings booked, meetings held, quotations sent, closed won & closed lost each month. Provide a structured End-of-Day (EOD) report to the top management team, detailing updates on meetings booked and held and quotations, LAPS (Lead, Appointment, Presentation & Sales ) report, meetings booked and held, and sales collection for leads that have been closed won. Monitor and ensure the proper flow of information between Marketing and Sales regarding lead sources, lead conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness. Assist in organizing and maintaining all lead and sales-related documentation, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Support sales representatives by providing necessary data, reports, and updates to enhance efficiency in lead management. Identify and address any bottlenecks in the lead management process to improve overall sales performance.

What We Are Looking For:



Proven experience in sales coordination, lead management, or sales operations. Strong understanding of the lead qualification process, sales pipelines, and CRM systems. Experience working with Marketing and Sales teams to align strategies and processes. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and sales reps efficiently. Strong communication and follow-up skills, ensuring seamless coordination between teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and report on lead conversion rates and pipeline progress. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with tight deadlines. A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a keen eye for process improvement. Preferably an English and Arabic speaker.
