Real Estate Sales Coordinator



Job Responsibilities:



Assist in the preparation of sales materials, presentations and proposals

Coordinate client meetings, manage correspondence and timely follow-ups

Maintain an up-to-date inventory of marketing materials for all projects.

Facilitate communication between internal teams, including sales, accounts, marketing and project management

Monitor sales activity and assist in tracking sales performance metrics

Develop and maintain a filing system for managing sales databases and updating sales records

Collaborate with marketing and finance teams on sales-related

tasks

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress and project updates

Qualifications & Requirements:



Proven experience in Real Estate as a Sales Coordinator (UAE experience is mandatory)

Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong telephonic and general clerical skills

Motivated and able to work independently and within a team

Good knowledge of MS Office

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills

Work Hours:



Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
