Respond promptly to customer inquiries, schedule meetings, and manage sales appointments, ensuring no calls are missed. (Quick reply and problem-solving are essential.) Ensure timely and accurate processing of quotations and orders, including rush orders, without any delays.
Assist the Sales Manager in planning customer visits weekly, ensuring effective coordination.
Follow up with customers on order status when the Sales Manager is unavailable to ensure satisfaction.
Manage customer accounts by offering troubleshooting support for orders, quotations, and account-related issues.
Maintain a well-organized and accessible filing system for sales and administrative documents on Google Drive and Provide required certifications, data sheets, and sales-related information when necessary.
Schedule and coordinate customer meetings and conferences efficiently.
Compile daily sales leads, delegate them to the appropriate sales managers, and support the sales department with relevant data. Develop and monitor performance indicators for sales and staff, managing sales tracking tools, and compiling insightful reports.
Record and analyze sales trends, coordinating with account managers to develop effective sales strategies.
Track the sales performance of previous customers, promptly informing the Sales Manager of any significant changes in sales trends. Identify new customer opportunities online and ensure that field sales managers follow up accordingly.
Report any unusual activity or issues to supervisors to maintain operational efficiency.
