We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing various operational tasks and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer interactions, leads, and opportunities.
• Monitor and track sales performance metrics, such as revenue, pipeline, and conversion rates, and generate reports for management review.
• Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with pricing, terms, and conditions.
• Coordinate with various departments, including finance, operations, and logistics, to facilitate order fulfillment and delivery.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, pricing, or delivery promptly and professionally.
• Update and maintain the CRM system with relevant information and documentation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes, procedures, and policies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Provide training and support to sales team members on using sales tools, systems, and processes effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and operations initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous optimization of sales operations.
• Serve as a point of contact for sales inquiries and requests from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure a high level of satisfaction with our products and services.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales operations or sales support role, preferably in hospitality sector
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
