This position reports to the General Sales Manager.Job Responsibilities:
Provide administration support to the sales team by assisting with sales activities, paperwork, proposals, quotations, tenders and bids for optimum sales results
Support sales staff on adding information on system and requesting relevant samples from Lab Coordinate and communicate effectively between the Sales Manager, sales personnel and other internal stakeholders
Convey any received external inquiries and information to the team
Coordinate with Customer Service Department on price variations, customer inquiries and assist in updating the system price list Assist in keeping the customer credit file up-to-date.
