This role is key to ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with our business partners.Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Management: Serve as the primary liaison for marketing affiliates, managing daily interactions, resolving queries, and fostering alignment with our business objectives.
Sales and Campaign Support: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to prepare materials, proposals, and agreements for affiliates, ensuring that campaigns are optimized and supported for success.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics, generating insights and making strategic adjustments to improve results.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, professional relationships with affiliates, promoting long-term partnerships that support mutual growth.
Process Optimization: Work cross-functionally to streamline workflows, enhance communication, and implement improvements in affiliate management processes.
Reporting: Regularly update stakeholders on affiliate performance, challenges, and opportunities to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Ideal ProfileRequirements:
Experience: 1+ years of experience in B2B sales coordination, affiliate management, or a similar role within the marketing or sales field.
Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
Analytical Abilities: Skilled in data analysis and performance tracking, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Project Management: Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple affiliates and projects simultaneously.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-management abilities, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
