Job Summary: The IT Sales Coordinator will support Caper Tech's sales team by managing client inquiries, preparing quotes, coordinating with the technical team, and ensuring smooth communication with customers. This role is critical for maintaining client satisfaction, managing documentation, and contributing to sales growth in IT solutions, hardware, network products, ELV systems, and data center management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Support:
• Assist in preparing sales quotes, proposals, and contracts.
• Coordinate and follow up with potential leads and existing clients.
• Schedule meetings, presentations, and calls between sales team members and clients.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely responses and customer satisfaction.
• Update client records in CRM systems and maintain accurate information for reference and follow-up.
• Gather feedback from clients and share with relevant departments for continuous improvement.
• Order Management & Documentation:
• Manage the sales order process from receipt to delivery, coordinating with the logistics and procurement teams.
• Ensure all sales documentation, purchase orders, and agreements are accurately maintained and accessible.
• Track shipments and updates, keeping clients informed of their order status.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Liaise with technical and digital teams to understand product offerings and communicate technical details to clients.
• Work with the digital marketing team to align on promotional activities and client engagement strategies.
• Coordinate between departments to meet client requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
• Market & Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated on Caper Tech's product offerings, technical developments, and industry trends.
• Support the sales team in identifying potential sales opportunities and industry needs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or customer service, preferably in IT or technology sectors.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
