We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented sales coordinator to join our team at our Holiday Homes/Vacation Club. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks and providing sales support to promote and sell our vacation home packages, memberships, and services. This position combines excellent organizational skills with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for supporting the sales team by managing bookings, processing reservations, and ensuring smooth operations.
• The role involves coordinating communication between clients, sales staff, and internal teams, preparing sales documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
• The coordinator assists in developing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.
• Additionally, the role requires handling client inquiries, managing the availability of holiday homes, generating sales reports, and assisting with market research.
• Strong communication skills, customer service experience, and proficiency in sales and administrative tasks are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Previous experience in a sales or Coordinator role, preferably in the hospitality, tourism, or vacation rental industry.
