• Order Processing: Accurately input customer orders into the system, ensuring correct product selection, quantities, and pricing.
• Quotation Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely price quotations for customers based on their requirements, considering factors like container type, size, customization, and quantity.
• Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell related container products, accessories, or services that could enhance the customer's solution.
• Customer Communication: Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process, providing updates on order status, delivery schedules, and any potential changes.
• Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, or product quality promptly and professionally.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of available inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely replenishment of popular container models.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized sales records, including customer information, orders, invoices, and communication history.
• Sales Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports to track individual and team performance, identify trends, and provide insights for sales improvement strategies.
