Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication between departments and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support : Provide administrative support to the sales team including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.

Order Processing : Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.

Creativity : Be creative with new ideas to promote company's product and explore new target market by planning and executing marketing campaigns.

Client Communication : Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Sales Reporting : Compile and analyze sales data, generating weekly reports for Department head to track performance, payment follow-ups and identify areas for improvement.

Inventory Management : Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure sufficient stock availability to meet customer demands.

Sales Collateral : Assist in the creation and distribution of sales materials, presentations, and proposals.

CRM Management : Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) software with accurate and current information.

Sales Coordination : Coordinate sales activities and initiatives, collaborating with marketing, logistics, and other departments as needed to support sales objectives and meet/exceed targets.

Market Research : Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, Pricing, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.

Training and Development : Assist in the training and onboarding of new sales team members, providing guidance on processes and procedures.

Customer Satisfaction : Maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing updates on new products and getting valuable feedback's from customers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.

Proven 3 to 5 years of experience in sales support, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
