Key Responsibilities
• Handle orders from initial receipt and entry to fulfillment, shipping, and post-sales support
• Coordinate communication with the sales team, company headquarters, and customers
• Provide sales support and coordination to ensure smooth operations
• Manage and maintain data accurately and efficiently
• Respond to customer calls and handle inquiries professionally and promptly
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within UAE
Language Skills: Basic understanding of Japanese language is an advantage
